Miles Baker, Partner
Miles is a campaign strategist with 15 years of experience in candidate campaigns, ballot campaigns, labor unions, and advocacy organizations. His advocacy efforts have taken him to over 30 states working on federal, state, and local efforts. Democracy renewal, healthcare policy, and voter contact methods are his specialities. Miles is a political science graduate and resides in Chicago, IL.

Amelia Quilon, Partner
Amelia is a communications professional with expertise in digital strategy, fundraising, and design. As a former engineer, she specializes in developing data-driven strategies to help clients make smart, creative decisions from optimizing email appeals, running lead generation campaigns to grow lists, and designing unique, targeted campaign content. Amelia is a self-taught graphic and website designer with a passion for engaging voters and activists in causes that matter. She currently lives in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Joel is a campaign professional with experience in organizing, strategy, and operations. He entered politics and advocacy to expand health care, strengthen our democracy, and protect the environment. Joel earned a B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in Environmental Studies from Kalamazoo College and currently resides in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Darien Battagin, Campaign Associate
Darien is a campaign professional with experience in reproductive health care advocacy, organizing, and digital media. She earned graduate a dual Bachelor's degree in Social Relations and Policy & Women and Gender Studies from Michigan State University's James Madison College. Darien currently lives in Chicago, Illinois.
